Pricing FAQ
Why is pricing flat-rate?
Flat-rate pricing helps you know what to expect up front for the most common repairs, without guessing or surprises.
What could change the final price?
Heavier doors, non-standard hardware, damage to tracks/panels, or structural issues can require additional parts or labor. If that happens, we’ll explain it clearly and provide an estimate before proceeding.
Do you provide estimates before additional work?
Yes. If the repair or installation exceeds the prices listed here, we will explain why and provide a free, no-obligation estimate before any additional work is performed.
Are these prices for residential doors only?
